Carl Cirinelli left New Jersey in 2004 to come and join us here in the Low Country. He has 2 teenage children. Carl has a background in the mortgage industry, he actually owned his own mortgage company for 12 years. Erika is a Beaufort County native and comes to Seashore Property Management team with the true understanding of what it is like to be a lifetime resident of the low country. Erika prides herself on her customer service, customer relations and administrative experience. Her positive attitude lends itself to her success. She is a dedicated employee with a willingness to do “whatever it takes” to get the job done. Erika is a resident of Bluffton and a mother of 2 growing children.

Esther is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office and the smiling face that will greet you when you visit. Esther wears many hats in the office maintaining the daily operations and working with the customers where needed. Esther and her husband left Houston, Texas in 2005 to become residents with us here in the Low Country of South Carolina.

Robert Brown comes to the Low Country from Rhode Island, he has been here since 2008. Robert is married with 4 grown children. His background includes construction for 10 years, paramedic for 16 years - now retired and has his degree in Fire Science.
